- Revise or improve any existing strategic documents for your organization

Meet Your Facilitators: Chloe Mullarkey and Faith McKenna
Chloe Mullarkey is an equity-focused social impact professional based in the Denver Metro Area. With a career spanning co-founding a workforce development nonprofit, social impact consulting, direct service in college access, and advanced studies in public health and ESG, Chloe brings a wealth of experience to her work. As a first-generation college graduate, she is deeply committed to advancing equity through education, social capital building, public health interventions, and innovative social impact finance. Her expertise includes nonprofit management, program development, impact evaluation, partnership building, strategic planning, operations, and fundraising. Chloe holds an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, a B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU’s Steinhardt School, and a certificate in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
Faith McKenna is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, currently focused on large-scale technology implementations that support behavioral health outcomes. She is also a leader in the firm's Accessibility GTM strategy and is an advocate for frameworks of equity and justice across for-profit and nonprofit settings. As a lifelong Coloradan and Boettcher Scholar, Faith has strong roots in the Denver community and has been involved with SVP Denver for over seven years. From volunteering as a fellow, to joining the organization as a Partner, to now also serving as a board member, Faith's professional career has grown alongside SVP Denver - solidifying her commitment to serving social mission organizations in the local community. Faith holds a dual BA/MA in International Studies from the University of Denver, with concentrations in International Political Economy and Latin American Studies, along with minors in Leadership, Spanish, and Sustainability. In her free time, Faith enjoys exploring Colorado's mountains, always searching for her next trail or ski slope.
