Join us for coffee, breakfast, and a hands-on workshop where you'll build financial models that help your organization plan with confidence and clarity. This is a working session designed to get you results. You'll design, test, and use real financial models for your nonprofit or social enterprise, while connecting with fellow leaders who are wrestling with the same questions about money and mission.

You will:

• Work through real scenarios with the experts. Learn directly from Aimee Pourciau and Sakar Pudasaini, two CPAs who partner with mission-driven organizations every day. Bring your questions, and leave with answers you can put to work immediately.
• Adjust your models in real time. Circumstances shift and funding changes, so you'll practice updating your models on the spot to make sure you're ready whenever financial projections need updates.
• Connect with leaders like you. Sit alongside nonprofit and social enterprise leaders who are building stronger financial systems, and share the strategic questions you're all facing together.

Meet Your Workshop Co-Facilitator, Aimee Pourciau

Aimee doesn't just crunch numbers - she champions missions. Aimee is a Director at Your Part-Time Controller and a licensed CPA with 20+ years of experience, leading their Colorado office and partnering with nonprofit leaders to bring clarity, confidence, and connection to every decision. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Louisiana State University and a certificate in Contemporary Animal Sciences, she combines strategic financial leadership with advocacy for animal welfare and beyond through hands-on fostering and community collaboration.

Meet Your Workshop Co-Facilitator, Sakar Pudasain

Sakar is a CPA who specializes in providing accounting and financial services for the nonprofit sector. He is a Partner and Founder of beancount.co. Drawing on his experience building and leading Karkhana - a hybrid social enterprise in international education - he brings the empathy and understanding of a former nonprofit leader to help organizations streamline their financial systems. Sakar is dedicated to building systems that bridge the gap between rigorous compliance requirements and the practical management decision-making needs of social impact leaders.
