Join us for coffee, breakfast, and an interactive workshop to identify earned revenue opportunities at your organization, evaluate your readiness, and connect with fellow leaders exploring revenue diversification. You will:

  • Hear directly from Barry Barresi and Maria Gonzalez - two founders with deep expertise in earned revenue - as they walk you through proven frameworks for building sustainable revenue models
  • Work through your organization's specific earned revenue opportunities in facilitated exercises designed to surface real strategies you can act on immediately
  • Connect with nonprofits and social enterprises in your mission area who are wrestling with the same strategic questions around funding diversification

In just a few hours, you’ll walk away with an "Accelerate Impact Canvas" and insights on key next steps to take to develop an earned revenue strategy. We hope that by hosting this workshop in-person you will have the opportunity to network and develop authentic community connections with other attendees!

Meet Your Workshop Co-Facilitator, Maria Gonzalez

Maria Gonzalez is a lifelong community leader who has become a trusted source for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs through the non-profit she founded, Adelante Community Development. Maria’s vision began during the 2008 recession, when she identified the need for accessible support for Latino entrepreneurs. In 2010, she launched bi-monthly business workshops that evolved into ACD, the first nonprofit in Adams County to serve monolingual entrepreneurs. Today, ACD works to democratize strategic business planning, improve digital and financial equity, and build stronger communities through programs designed to address the unique challenges faced by Spanish-speaking business owners. Maria is a long-time friend of SVP Denver having participated with ACD in our Theory of Change and Finance Strategy cohorts.
