Grantmaking Process
Each year we invite local nonprofits who are eligible for SVP funds to apply to partner with our organization. The SVP grantmaking process includes:
-
All organizations are encouraged to submit a Letter of Interest if their organization meets the funding criteria
-
Due to time constraints, only the top organizations are asked to submit a Full Proposal (Please note SVP Denver now uses the Colorado Common Grant with modifications)
-
Organizations who are selected to submit a full proposal have an opportunity to meet with members of the Granmaking Committee to ask questions about how to fill out the SVP full proposal
-
A select group of organizations will be chosen to meet with members of the SVP Denver Grantmaking Committee.
